Solution

Electronic torque wrenches in production lines are communicated with station PCs via bluetooth. Wrenches receive audit point instructions from station PCs according producton programme. Operator enters his code and VIN code of the vehicle in the station and he starts to take reading according to instructions on the display of the wrench. All reading are transfered to central database over bluetooth.

Conclusion

Real time monitoring and analysis helps production management to correct any torque related problem while involved vehicle is still in production line.
